Purpose of the course: To expand vocabulary of financial terms in the fields of bank, economy and customer services, as well as to improve communication skills (understanding and clearly instructing).
The course contains presentations, dialogues on loan issuance, payment transactions, financial statements and other processes, as well as many exercises focused on the improvement of listening/comprehension skills.

The course is integrated into the online learning platform LMS (Learning Management System). This platform allows you to monitor the following, along with automating the teaching and testing process:

Format
Classes are held individually and in groups of 2−6 students.
