User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of the website LBSD LLC (lbsd.az) (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) and the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of this resource.

1. General Provisions

5.2. The Administrator does not store bank card data.
5.3. In case of service cancellation, refunds are processed in accordance with the established rules.

6. Intellectual Property

6.2. Use of the website’s materials without the prior consent of the Administrator is prohibited.

7.2. Use of the website signifies the User’s acceptance of the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiations, the dispute shall be referred to the court of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with applicable law.
